How to order?
Product selection
Select products in our online store. We understand that assembling exhibition items or classroom teaching aids requires a concept that often involves consultation. We are happy to assist you with the selection or create any modifications to the items. Upon request, we can also offer additional teaching aids and exhibits to best meet your requirements.
We will gladly prepare a price quotation for your projects. In the case of printed materials, please contact us with specific requirements – we always create original solutions, including placement of your logo, project information, etc.
Orders can also be placed via inquiry and reservation by email (info@nature-lab.cz) or by phone (+420 737 322 616).
Delivery time
Add selected products to your shopping cart and check availability. Our products are made to order, but upon request we can produce and deliver them as quickly as possible if needed.
After finishing your selection, proceed to the cart, check the contents, and continue to fill in delivery details – do not forget to include your company ID if ordering as a business or institution.
Payment
For business customers, we issue a proforma invoice with a 14-day due date for 50% of the total order value. Production begins after payment is received. The final invoice will be issued on the day of delivery with a 14-day due date.
For private customers, we issue an invoice for the full amount. Production begins after payment is received.
Transport
Due to the nature of our products (fragility, special handling, professional transport), we primarily offer personal pickup or delivery by our own transport. Third-party shipping services are used only for amphibian and reptile models, nesting boxes, feeders, and hunting sets, at a flat rate of CZK 500 (excluding VAT) within the Czech Republic.
Delivery within the Moravian-Silesian region is free of charge. Orders over CZK 30,000 (excluding VAT) are delivered free across the Czech Republic. Orders under CZK 30,000 (excluding VAT) are delivered for CZK 1,800 (excluding VAT) to selected regions, and CZK 3,500 (excluding VAT) to other regions.

Order completion
Complete your order and carefully check that all items are correct. By confirming the order, you agree to the price, delivery, and payment terms. Once submitted, the order will be confirmed within the same or next business day and becomes binding for both parties.
By confirmation, a purchase contract is concluded. Terms and conditions are available on our website and can be downloaded as a PDF along with the complaints procedure and privacy policy.
You will also receive payment instructions and delivery details. For personal pickup at Malé Heraltice 73, 747 75 Velké Heraltice, we will prepare your order at your preferred date and time.
Installation and handover
For natural garden and educational trail installations, we prepare a schedule based on our capacity and seasonal conditions.
For installations in exhibitions and classrooms, we proceed individually and always adapt to your time requirements and schedules.
