The set of mammal skulls contains seven anatomical preparations of mammal skulls. The skulls are made from real bones on a wooden base with labels and under a glass cover. The material is obtained as carcasses from veterinary clinics or farms and is processed in accordance with veterinary law and hygiene regulations in a workshop registered with the State Veterinary Administration. The bones are thoroughly degreased, cleaned, and bleached. The specimens therefore contain no tissue residues, and all bones and joints are clearly visible. The skulls cannot be removed from the plate.
