The rock collection consists of three openable boxes containing representative rocks from a given group. The size of the exhibits is approximately 5 x 6 cm. The rock collection contains approximately 20 exhibits with descriptions. The contents of the boxes are subject to change.
1) BOX Igneous rocks: basalt, tuff, lava, pegmatite, granite, gabbro, diorite.
2) BOX Sedimentary rocks: sandstone, slate, conglomerate, limestone, claystone, gravel, stalactite.
3) BOX Metamorphic rocks: marble, mica schist, amphibolite, phyllite, gneiss.
Dimensions: 3 boxes measuring 23 x 30 x 5 cm.
