An alpine garden or heath is an element of garden architecture whose purpose is to create a landscape that mimics natural rock or mountain formations. Stones have a dual purpose in an alpine garden: aesthetic and functional. By carefully selecting and placing stones, we create a harmonious complement to the cultivated plants. We use plants that originate from mountains and foothills. A comprehensive alpine garden has a relaxing effect and also teaches children about the living conditions of plants and animals in mountainous areas. The biotope can also be conceived as a herb garden. The form of the exhibition is designed individually and respects the customer’s requirements in terms of form, content, and location in the garden.
- The exhibition area is approximately 10 m2 and contains approximately 500 kg of stones.
- It contains approximately 100 seedlings. The plants are labeled.
- The biotope should be supplemented with an educational board on the given topic.
