It is a wooden structure made of 10×10 cm spruce beams, two legs on iron anchors ensuring a firm connection of the structure to the ground (the wooden parts are at least 5 cm above the surrounding terrain), a crossbeam at the top and bottom, and a roof. Ten 5×5 cm beams of various types of wood are suspended in the structure. The dendrophone also includes a pair of mallets on a chain or stainless steel cable, used to play the wooden branches. Children can play the dendrophone, but they also learn to recognize the sounds that differ depending on the type of tree. Children also learn about the different properties of wood through touch, sight, and hearing.
The price does not include installation. Installation must be requested and agreed upon individually depending on your project.
